Whether you want to see the fjords by land or on water, we have the perfect journey for you! We have taken the best of the Norway’s fjords and delightfully enhanced the experience by including a cruise of the west coast of Norway. You are bound to feel blessed with this perfect retreat!

Day 1: Overnight transatlantic flight from your U.S. gateway city

Day 2: Oslo Take a taxi to your centrally located hotel. Take the day get acquainted with Oslo.
Accommodations: Hotel Continental, a traditional hotel in the heart of Oslo

Day 3: Oslo Today take the opportunity to visit and explore many of Oslo’s sights.

Day 4: Oslo Balestrand The train to Balestrand departs Oslo Central Station at 8:11 a.m. for Myrdal. Transfer to the Flåm Railway, and connect with the Fylkesbaatane express boat, arriving at 4:55 p.m.
Accommodations: Kvikne’s Hotel, family-run, fjordside hotel

Day 5: Balestrand Take the 7:50 a.m. boat to Fjærland and visit the Bøyum glacier and museum. Be sure to catch the 3:30 p.m. ferry back!

Day 6: Balestrand – Bergen Enjoy the beauty of the Sognefjord on your 7:50 a.m. express boat cruise to Bergen. Arrive at 11:40 a.m. and enjoy this delightful “Gateway to the Fjords.”

Day 7: Bergen and the Norwegian Coastal Voyage – “Hurtigruten”
Spend the better part of the day in Bergen before making your way to the dock for your 8:00 p.m. departure on the ship! Boarding begins two hours prior.

Day 8: NCV: Maloy – Torvik – Ålesund – Molde – Kristiansund
When you awaken, the ship will be crossing the open Stadthavet for Torvik. You will stop in Geiranger, Ålesund and Molde before docking in Krisitansund.

Day 9: NCV: Trondheim – Rorvik The ship arrives early in the morning in ancient Trondheim, Norway’s first capital. Visit the great gothic cathedral of Nidaros before sailing on to Rorvik.

Day 10 Ornes – Bodø – Stamsund – Svolvær Today you’ll cross the Arctic Circle. After Bodø, the ship heads out to sea for the picturesque Lofoten islands. In the evening, the ship will navigate the narrow Raftsund Strait and the Trollfjord.

Day 11: Harstad – Finnsnes – Tromsø – Skjervoy
Pass the medieval Trondenes church before calling at Harstad. Sail across the Vagsfjord past the great island of Senja before stopping in Tromsø, the “Paris of the North.”

Day 12: Hammerfest – Havoysund – Honningsvag – Kjollefjord – Mehamn – Berlevag
Take in the beauty of Finnmark’s landscape before calling at Honningsvag, the capital of the North Cape. From there, the ship heads east toward the fishing villages of Kjollefjord, Mehamn and Berlevag.

Day 13: Kirkenes – Oslo Arrive in Kirkenes at 10:00 a.m. Take a taxi to the airport for your flight to Oslo. Enjoy a final dinner at your hotel.

Day 14: Oslo – USA
Take a taxi to the airport for your return flights to the USA.
